1) Respect — Respect everyone, be inclusive and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere.

2) No harassment – Harassment will not be tolerated, if you feel uncomfortable at any time please approach one of our volunteers.

3) No Cheating — Please be a good sport!

4) Cleanliness — Maintain good hygiene and tidy up after yourself in the venue.

5) Noise — Respect other attendees and keep noise levels down as much as possible.

6) Table sharing — Do not reserve tables and share tables if required and where possible.

7) Respect the games — Handle games carefully. Food and drink near games is at the discretion of the game owner.

8) Children — Under 18’s must be supervised at all times.

We have a flag system to help you to find players

Green Flag  = Looking for players

Red Flag = Looking for both players and a teacher

DRAW: Friday 6 PM, Saturday 12 noon, Sunday 12 noon

During the B.I.G. Weekend, you’ll have three opportunities to play games and earn the right to enter our daily raffle prize draw.

Each ticket has a specific condition. Once you meet the condition, fill out the slip (both front and back), attain the official stamp and drop your ticket into the raffle boxes for the day(s) you wish to participate in.

Feel free to distribute your tickets however you like: enter them for different days or concentrate them all on a single day. It’s entirely up to you! Each day has a different boardgame to WIN.
